9th Avenue at E. 24th Street

I can’t make out the name of this maker, but the bottom line reads “Oakland.” This mark is also noteworthy for being the oldest barrel-shaped mark I’ve found. No one else used this shape, as far as I can tell, until J. H. Fitzmaurice adopted it in 1926, and after that no one used it until 1940.
